These terms apply to orders placed on fluffify.co. Contact: fluffifypillows@gmail.com.

Products

Each pillow is made to order from the photo you upload: polyester/cotton cover and fill, 10-12cm thick, handmade in the EU. Because every pillow is hand-cut and printed, small differences in shape and colour compared to your screen are normal.

Ordering and price

The price shown at checkout is final and includes VAT where applicable. Your contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if the photo cannot be printed or breaks the rules below.

Your photo

By uploading, you confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it shows no one who has not agreed to it. You keep all rights to your photo; you give us permission to use it only to make your order. We refuse photos that are illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or infringe someone else's rights.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Withdrawal and returns

Pillows are personalized, so the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production starts. Your legal rights for faulty or damaged goods are not affected. See our Returns & Shipping page.

Reviews

Public reviews are checked automatically. We may remove any review that is spam, offensive, or not genuine.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Our liability is otherwise limited to the price paid for the order.

Complaints

Email us first and we will try to fix it. EU consumers may also use their national consumer dispute bodies.
