Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Fluffify collects when you use fluffify.co, why, and what rights you have. Questions: fluffifypillows@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your uploaded photo, used only to make your pillow.
• Email address, for order confirmation and status updates.
• Name and shipping address, collected at checkout to deliver your order.
• Order details: size, options, price, currency, payment status.
• Reviews you choose to post: display name, rating, text and optional photo. These are public.
• Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address is used briefly to stop review spam.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To make and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
• To send order status emails (performance of a contract).
• To prevent spam and fraud (legitimate interest).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

• Stripe, payment processing and tax calculation.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores orders and photos in private storage.
• Google (Gmail), to send order emails.
• An AI moderation service, which checks public reviews for inappropriate text and images.
• Our production partner and shipping carrier, only what is needed to make and deliver your pillow.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How we protect your photos

Order photos are stored privately. They are not public and are only visible to Fluffify staff through short-lived signed links.

How long we keep it

• Order photos: up to 90 days after delivery, so we can handle complaints or reprints, then deleted.
• Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires.
• Reviews: until removed. We display at most 50, older ones are deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email fluffifypillows@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store small settings in your browser (theme and chosen currency) and, for staff only, a login session. These are strictly necessary and do not need consent.
